Clusters in the region
Clusters are key drivers of cooperation, innovation and competitiveness in Pécs and Baranya. The Pécs-Baranya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PBKIK) has been actively developing and coordinating cluster-based collaborations for over a decade, with a strong focus on supporting SMEs, strengthening local value chains and connecting companies to international markets.
Through its daily contact with businesses and its international programmes, the Chamber ensures that cluster members benefit from real market opportunities, including joint project development, supplier integration, export support and participation in European initiatives. This coordinated approach enables companies to scale up, reduce costs and access larger, more complex investment projects.
