The 58.82-hectare PANNOVA Industrial Park, the property development of STRABIL Ltd., is located at and around the former Pécs-Kővágószőlős ore dressing plant, the southwestern foot of the Mecsek mountain. The park boasts excellent territorial features: far from residential zones, it is placed in a green area, therefore the activities of incoming businesses are not limited.
